Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your tours or tickets after you book them, you will not get any money back, and you will have to pay the full price.
Payment Terms
- The package you wish to book requires payment for the full amount when you make your booking. The F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Packages provides free Wi-Fi for 4 nights. All the equilibrium taxes are also integrated into the package as well.
- The room prices provided are only recommendations, and you will not have any room reserved for you without first making a payment. The reservation is from 23rd November 2023 to 26th November 2023. It, therefore, applies to the prices applicable where more than 10 but less than 20 rooms have been booked for a stay of four nights and above.
- The prices vary depending on the available market offer at the time of booking. Any other new taxes enforced by the government will be charged directly by the hotel to the guests, as the hotel will not bear the charges.
- These rates and accommodations may vary when searching for a place to reserve until you provide payment for your booking. If the airline rescheduled or canceled your flight for any cause, Rihla Tours bears no responsibility.
- Regarding refunding, if there are cancellations due to infection with a virus, a pandemic, or a lockdown that results in the cancellation of flights, it will be done according to the policy of the airline and the hotel. Rihla Tours will attempt to secure you the highest amount of back money possible.
Before you travel, kindly bring your original ID, such as a valid passport, hard copies of flight tickets, hotel bookings, copies of your vaccination cards, negative PCR results, insurance documents, and any other relevant documents.

- An Embassy or Consulate will be the one to determine whether your visa should be approved or not.
- It is important to know that your passport must be valid for the trip and at least 6 months after the trip.
- You should always confirm your flights because flights can change, so you should do this 24 hours before you intend to travel.
- The time that it would be possible to come to pick you up or the time we would drop you off could change due to traffic or timetable.
- However, we can organize personal transportation services for all tours if the client desires that.
- Well, that means I have to look after my things, such as cameras or my wallet, on my own during the trip. We won’t be liable if you leave them in our vehicles or other places you allow us to take the car alone.
- Everyone wants to bring strollers in the vehicles unless they inform us when they are booking.
- Adult supervision is required when children ages 3 to 12 are in the water.
- We will not be selling or serving alcohol or hosting live shows during Islamic holidays and national holidays.
- Before the start of the tour, you should carefully read the tour brochure and other necessary documents. Once you complete a booking, they become conditions agreed upon between you and us.
- You are prohibited from photographing people in the UAE, especially women, taking pictures of any military or government installations.
- Some tours require you to provide the original passport or Emirates ID. Look at the note so you do not forget the notes you took If you did not know. We can’t be held responsible if you ‘miss out’ on stuff.
- If you fail to pick up your kid on time, you will likely pay the full no-show fee.
- You will not be refunded money for service that you did not allow.
- Though it is not always possible, we will attempt to find an alternative if the tour is affected by traffic jams, mechanical breakdown of car/ van, or bad weather.
- If you fail to be picked up from the venue on time or miss the vehicle, we shall not provide you with another ride or refund for the specific tour.

Yes, it is! We’re super excited to see all the fans in the stands again. Don’t forget to wear your best fan gear and get ready to cheer!
What should I wear to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix?
In Abu Dhabi, during winter, it can get as warm as 26°C, and the sun shines bright. You should wear light clothes and a hat on race day at Yas Marina. Don’t forget to bring a jacket when it gets cooler at night during the concerts. People in the UAE usually dress casually, but it’s nice to dress modestly. Many guests like to wear nice outfits but remember, you’ll be standing a lot, so wear something comfy!
How long is the Yas Marina Circuit?
The Yas Marina Circuit is 5.55 kilometers long, just over 3.4 miles. It has 21 turns—9 turns to the left and 12 turns to the right. The fastest lap ever on this track was one minute and 39 seconds, and Lewis Hamilton set that record in 2019!
