- For Snow Premium, our team will arrange your visit slot. Please confirm your booking at least 48 hours before your visit.
- You must bring our confirmation email to Snow Premium. If you don’t get it, check with our team before you come.
- We provide ski/snowboard gear, jackets, trousers, socks, boots, gloves, and helmets for safety.
- Kids under 13 must wear helmets.
- To ride the Snow Bullet, kids must be over eight, 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults must weigh under 120 kg.
- Some rides have height and weight rules.
- No phones or cameras in the Penguin Area.
- Only eat at Avalanche Café and North 28 from 10 am to midnight.
- No refunds for unused services.
- Kids need an adult with them.
- No outside food or drink.
- Skiers/Snowboarders need experience for slope access.
- The place doesn’t have ramps for wheelchairs, and pregnant women can’t join the activities.
- You’ll need to bring money for shopping, drinks, and food during the tour.
