Museum of the Future Important Information
- Your ticket is only valid for the date and time you booked. A timed entry slot is required.
- If you don’t arrive on time, you won’t get a refund and might have to pay the ticket’s total price.
- Kids under four can get into the Museum of the Future for free.
- They aren’t responsible if something at the Museum isn’t working because of technical problems or weather. The Museum isn’t liable for these issues.
- Transfers are only available from hotels in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- NOTE: To get a free ticket for kids under 4, you must get it at the Museum’s ticket counter.
Museum of the Future Age Policy
- Kids under 3 years old get in for free.
- Kids 3 to 10 years old pay child prices.
- Kids over 10 years old pay adult prices.
Museum of the Future Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel one day before the travel date, there will be no cancellation fees.
- If you cancel on the day of travel, we will charge 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.>
