Event Policies

Any child two years and above is required to have an admission ticket.
Children below two years can enter for free, provided they will be seated on the parent’s lap.
However, if a person is less than 16 years of age, the person must be accompanied by someone 21 years and above.
Once you step out you cannot re-enter the place of your return.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or given up for another ticket. They are just for you.
At the gate, you might be required to produce another form of I.D. and the credit card used in the purchase.
Please save this e-ticket; when staff ask for it, you must present it to them.
Whether you will be refunded depends on the policy of the event’s organizers if the event has been canceled or rescheduled to another date.
Misconduct or failure to adhere to the set etiquette results in you being locked out of the Etihad Arena or asked to leave.
Larger bags exceeding proportions of 30 x 30 x 15 measurements are also prohibited. The lack of areas for baggage storage evidences the accuracy of this.
Cameras belonging to professionals are prohibited in the event.

No Re-Entry: Another thing was that your ticket allows you only to enter the Etihad Arena once. Once you opt out you won’t be able to get back in again.

No Entry for Bad Behavior: Being unruly or disruptive at Etihad Arena does not meet the rights of entry, so you could be denied entry or be asked to leave the arena. This could also lead to legal action, if necessary, all in a bid to try and meet the new targets.

By Car: This arena is located in the middle of Abu Dhabi. It can be reached with the help of through roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, follow the Sheikh Zayed Road and look for directions to the arena.
By Bus: Taking a bus to the Etihad Arena is also good. The nearest bus stop is Al Matar Al Qadeem, approximately 800 meters from the location.
By Taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Etihad Arena. It is a favorite spot; thus, most drivers’ tips on getting to the location are as good as free.
