• The use of this website to purchase tickets is subject to the theater’s standard policies.
• You will have to produce a ticket to be admitted into the event.
• Sometimes, because the ticket is ripped, changed, or damaged, it might not function.
• Please remember that your ticket is invalid for any other date, time, or show listed.
• It cannot be ascertained that tickets will be available.
• All persons having tickets have to produce them at the gate.
• Tickets are personalized and cannot be transferred or sold to another person. This means you cannot use them for business.
• There are no refunds or exchanges for a ticket. However, they allow you to get your money back if the event is canceled within 72 hours. If some concert is rescheduled to another date, you can use the ticket for the new date or get a refund.
• No replacement is given if you misplace it, have it stolen, or even get it wet and ruined.
• The theater can alter the show, time, seat, tickets, or price without informing you beforehand.
• For special offers, you will be required to show your identity to collect your tickets at the event.
• There is no provision for smoking both in indoor and outdoor venues.
• You are not allowed to take photos or videos during the show.
• Please switch off your mobile phone during the show.
• You cannot enter if you are late, unless the place manager allows it.
• Children under two years old are not allowed in the theater hall unless the policies state otherwise.
• Any lost item found in the theater is not the responsibility of the theater.
• The theater can prevent your admission to the event or eject you if disruptive.
• Fans are allowed to enter with tickets but may undergo searches for prohibited items like weapons and banned drugs.
• When you have a ticket, you assume the risks that may occur during the event, such as getting injured or losing something.
• Disabled guest facilities are available.
• The event lasts for 60 minutes.
