• Using Your Ticket: These rules pertain to all tickets, including entering any game. Whenever you would employ a ticket, you will be bound by some regulations; here they are:

• Included Rules: The Venue Regulations and the Ticket Refund Policy are other rules.
  

• It is Unlawful for You to: (a) sell your ticket to any person of the color, status, race, gender or otherwise of whom you can make widely known;

• (b) Pay some money and get your ticket, or use your ticket for business or your money-making venture.

• That means (c) offer your ticket as a reward for someone or combine it with something else without the approval from Baseball United (BU).

• Keeping Your Information Safe: By UAE Data Protection Laws, your personal information will always be safeguarded when you share it with us.

• Admission Rights: BU or authorized people can stop anyone from entering or can ask someone to leave without giving back their money if they think that person:

• (a) doesn’t have a valid ticket or can’t prove they got it from a trusted source;

• (b) is breaking any rules;

• (c) doesn’t follow instructions from staff, like showing ID;

• (d) goes into areas they aren’t allowed to (like the playing field);

• (e) has something they shouldn’t have.

• Things You Can’t Bring: You cannot bring:

• (a) metal cans or glass bottles (unless you bought them inside the venue);

• (b) cigarettes, lighters, games, fireworks, weapons, or anything dangerous;

• (c) signs or items with bad messages about politics, religion, or race.

• Searches: Ticket holders can be searched before going in or during the event to ensure they follow the rules. If you say no to being searched, you might not be allowed in and won’t get your money back.

• Behavior Rules: Ticket holders must be nice and not say or do things that could hurt or scare others based on race, gender, or beliefs. Bad behavior can get you kicked out of the venue.

• What Your Ticket Gets You: A valid ticket lets you enter the venue and watch the game from your seat. If needed, BU can change the game date, time, or location and may give you a seat different from the one on your ticket.

• No Alcohol: No patron can carry any alcohol into the premises.

• Smoking Rules: Smoking is permitted only in certain areas and not anywhere you feel like smoking.

• No Gambling: Patrons can neither wager nor wager in the facility.

• Agreeing to Be Recorded: Fortunately, you know you might also be taking pictures or being recorded in audio or video format, and BU may use such content without compensation.

• Your Safety: It is up to you to attend the event, and BU and others will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or lost items.

• Looking After Kids: The ticket is supposed to be used by children under 18 and their legal parent or guardian.

• Seat Views: Some people could be seated in positions requiring a restricted view of the game. BU will not tell you that your seating position will allow you to see everything.
