Event Policies

• Do not purchase tickets through the Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, StubHub, Dubizzle or any other similar website. These tickets might not be accepted when wanting to get into the event, or we might cancel them if we notice the ticket was resold. In some places, it is unlawful to sell tickets like this.
• You are solely in charge of keeping your tickets safe so that you can’t lose them or they are stolen. As stated on Rihla Tours, the tickets are strictly non-transferable, and in cases where a ticket has been lost, damaged or stolen, you will not be provided with a replacement; therefore, no refund shall be made either. It will be important to note that this rule of no difference between electronic and paper tickets applies. If someone else has copied or stolen your electronic ticket – if it was sent to your email and they got there first and used the ticket before you could get to the event, you won’t get in and won’t get your money back. Please remember that your electronic tickets are as good as a book ticket and should be protected in your best interest.
• All people, including children aged 12 months and above, require their ticket to be allowed into the Coca-Cola Arena.
• Anyone under 16 must be with an adult at least 18 years old.
